الطريقة المضمونة للحصول على البطاقة المغناطيسية لبريد الجزائر

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته

موضوعنا لنهار اليوم هو عن كيفية الحصول على البطاقة المغناطيسية لبريد الجزائر , بدون ملأ إستمارة طلب البطاقة عند مركز البريد وذلك لأن طريقة طلبها عن طريق الإستمارة غير مضمونة.

للحصول على البطاقة المغناطيسية يجب عليك إتباع الخطوات التالية .

خطوات طلب البطاقة :

1- يجب عليك كتابة الطلب الخطي التالي.

2- إكمال الملف التالي :

أ_ نسخة طبق الأصل من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية مصادق عليها .

ب_ نسخة مصورة من شيك أو شيك مشطوب .

3- وضع الملف في رسالة كبيرة من نوع A4

و إرسالها إلى العنوان التالي:

إلى السيد رئيس المركز الوطني للصكوك البريدية

مصلحة البطاقات المغناطيسية

الجزائر 16000

و أهم شيء يجب علينا إرسال الرسالة ك Lettre Recommandée (رسالة مضمونة الوصول ) عبر ملأ النموذج التالي

بعد وصول الرسالة للمرسل إليه سوف يقوم المرسل إليه بالإمضاء في النموذج و إعادة إرسالها لنا لنتأكد من وصول الرسالة .

4- و أخيرا ما علينا إلا إنتظار وصول البطاقة بسلام و المدة التي تستغرقها البطاقة من تاريخ إرسال الطلب حتى و صولها هي أربعة أشهر كأقصى تقدير.

في الأول يجب تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك PayPal

ثم تابع الشرح

1- إضغط على Contact Us الموجودة أسفل الموقع أو عبر الرابط التالي https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home

2- إضغط على message centre

ثم نضغط على Create New Message

3- ننسخ الرسالة التالية بعد تعديل البيانات الموضحة باللون الأحمر في المكان المخصص

A. How do I add my US bank account?

Here is how to add a US bank account to your PayPal account:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
Click "My money."
Click "Update" next to "Bank accounts" and then click "Add."
Enter the bank's name, then select "Checking" or "Savings."
Enter the bank's routing number and your account number, then click "Continue."
Note:
Your routing number is the first set of numbers at the bottom of your check. The routing number usually has 9 digits.
Your bank account number is the second set of numbers at the bottom of your check.
If you receive the message, "You have entered an invalid bank routing number," you may have typed the number wrong, or we may not accept your bank.
Checking and savings accounts from the same bank may have different routing numbers.
You need to confirm your bank account before you can move money from your bank account to your PayPal account.

Here's how to confirm your US bank account:

We will make 2 small deposits (between $0.01 USD and $0.99 USD) to your bank account.
Wait 2–3 days for your bank to process the deposits, and then check your bank account to find out the deposit amounts.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
Click "My money."
Click "Update" next to "Bank accounts."
Click "Confirm" next to the bank account you want to confirm.
Enter the deposit amounts, and then click "Submit."
B. How do I re-add my US bank account?

The name on your bank account must match the name on your PayPal account. If you’ve changed the name on your bank account, remove the old bank account and add the bank account with your new name to your PayPal account.

Here's how to remove your bank account:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
Click "My money."
Click "Update" beside 'bank accounts.'
Click "Remove" next to the bank you want to remove.
Review your account information, and then click "Remove."

Here's how to add the bank account with your new name to your PayPal account:

C. How often can I add my US bank account to a PayPal account?

A bank account can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time. For security reasons, you cannot link a bank account that has been linked to 3 previous PayPal accounts.

If your bank account is already linked to a PayPal account that you do not use, consider using your old PayPal account instead of creating a new account. You can update your profile information on the old PayPal account and use it for your payments.

Here is how to delete your new PayPal account:

Log in to the new PayPal account.
Click "Profile."
Click "My settings."
Click "Close account" beside "Account type."

Here is how to get help with login information for your old account:

Go to the PayPal website.
Click "Problem with login?" under "Log In."

D. How do I remove a US bank from my PayPal account?

Here is how to remove a bank from your PayPal account:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
Click "My money."
Click "Update" beside "bank accounts."
Click "Remove" next to the bank you want to remove.
Review your account information, and then click "Remove."

If the account you are removing is your primary bank account, select a new primary bank account.

Here is how to select a new primary bank account:

E. How do I change the US bank name on my account?

كيف أقوم بربط خدمة الدفع الأمريكية - البنك الأمريكي - المقدم من بايونيير بالبايبال؟

كما يعلم الجميع أن ربط البنك الأمريكي بالبايبال هي محجوبة الأن من طرف بايبال ولا دخل للبايونيير بهذه المشكلة،

ولحل المشكلة وربط البنك بنجاح أعطت بايبال حل واحد لا حل غيره وهو الإتصال بالدعم وطلب منهم المساعدة في ربط البنك. وقبل الإتصال بالبايبال يجب معرفة طريقة الإتصال وخطواتها.

للإتصال بالبايبال أحبذ إستخدام خدمة Hangouts من شركة Google و لتثبيت هذه الخدمة يجب أن يتوفر لديك حساب Gmail
بعد الإنتهاء من فتح حساب Gmail قم بتثبيت هذه الأداة ويجب إستخدام متصفح Google Chrome:

بعد الإنتهاء من تحميل وتثبيت الأداة قم بالدخول إلى حسابك في بايبال، بعد الدخول ننزل لتحت ونضغط على Contact Us:

بعدها نضغط على الخيار الثاني Call US:

من ثم تظهر لنا معلوماتنا التي نحن مسجلين بها:

بريدك الإلكتروني

وفي الأخير نجد رقم هاتف بايبال:

بعد الدخول إلى هذه الصفحة يجب البقاء فيها حتى تنتهي المكالمة مع دعم بايبال ومن ثم يجوز لك الخروج منها حتى لا يتغير One-time Passcode

نذهب الأن وندخل إلى حسابنا في Gmail و يجب الدخول عبر متصفح Google Chrome
ستظهر لنا أيقونة خضراء أعلى يمين المتصفح وهي أيقونة Hangouts إضغط عليها ومن ثم أكتب رقم البايبال كما هو:

وإضغط على Call

بعدها ستفتح لك نافذة جديدة تخبرك بأن الإتصال قد بدأ، تنتظر قليلا حتى تنتهي المساعد الآلي من التحدث ويتحدث معك إنسان حقيقي يقول لك:

تقوم أنت بإملاء رقم هاتفك عليه بالرقم الواحد وتجد الرقم في الصورة في الأعلى. ويجب عليك ذكر رمز البلد أولا وهو +213
بالأحرف:
Plus Two One Three
وتبدأ بذكر باقي أرقام هاتفك.

أو ربما لن يسألك عن رقم هاتفك بل يسألك عن بريدك الإلكتروني:

هل يمكنني أخذ بريدك الإلكتروني

عندها تقم أنت بإعطائه بريدك الإلكتروني بالاحرف واحد تلوى الأخر، حتى تصل إلى رمز آروباز ينطق بالانجليزية At ومن ثم البريد المسجل به مثل ياهوو او هوتمييل او جيميل ومن ثم dot com او dot fr

بعدها يقل لك

شكرا لك، هل يمكن أن تعطيني رقم وان تايم باسكود؟

حينها تعطيه رقم وان تايم الباسكود الذي في صفحة المعلومات ايضا رقم تلو الأخر.

بعدها يقل لك:

شكرا لك، كيف يمكنني مساعدتك؟

قل له:

أريد مساعدتك في ربط البنك الأمريكي في حسابي بايبال الجزائري.

يقل لك الموظف:
